LogicPoint Advisors
We are committed to digital accessibility. LogicPoint Advisors strives to make our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our current status, the features we have implemented, the limitations we are aware of, and how to request assistance or report a barrier.
Section 1

Our Commitment

LogicPoint Advisors strives to ensure that our website, logicpointadvisors.com, is accessible to people with disabilities. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and to align with applicable accessibility standards.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We treat it as a continuous process rather than a one-time project, and we update this statement as we improve.

Section 2

Conformance Status

Targeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA defines requirements for enhancing web content accessibility for people with disabilities.

Our current conformance status is partially conformant โ€” meaning that some content does not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working to address known gaps (see Section 4). We perform reviews and prioritize accessibility improvements with each site update.

Section 3

Accessibility Features

The following features are in place on our website today:

Keyboard Navigation

Interactive elements (links, form fields, buttons) are reachable and operable using keyboard alone.

Skip-to-Content Link

The first focusable element on every page lets keyboard users bypass the top navigation.

Semantic HTML

We use semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks (nav, main, aside, article) for clearer screen reader navigation.

Form Labels

All form fields have associated visible labels and a logical tab order. Date-of-birth and phone fields announce validation errors via ARIA live regions.

Responsive Design

The site adapts to mobile, tablet, and desktop screen sizes.

Resizable Text

Text sizing uses relative units (rem/em), so browser zoom and OS-level text scaling work without breaking the layout.

Focus Indicators

Visible focus rings appear on form fields and the skip link for keyboard navigation.

Language Declaration

The HTML lang="en" attribute is set on all pages so screen readers apply the correct language profile.

Section 4

Known Limitations

We are transparent about areas that do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We are working to address these:

  • Full ARIA live-region coverage: Real-time validation announcements are currently implemented on date-of-birth and phone fields. Other form fields rely on the browser's default validation announcement, which is not consistent across all screen readers. We plan to add ARIA live regions to all validated fields.
  • Color contrast on muted text: A small number of muted-color text elements (footer disclaimers, helper text) may fall below the 4.5:1 contrast ratio in some browser/OS combinations. We are auditing and adjusting these.
  • Focus indicators on all custom elements: Form inputs and links have visible focus indicators, but a few custom-styled elements may inherit the browser default. We are unifying the focus ring style across the site.
  • Third-party content: Links to insurance carrier websites, Google Calendar booking pages, and external regulatory portals may not meet our accessibility standards. We cannot control third-party content but provide phone and email alternatives.
  • PDF documents: Any PDF documents linked from this site may not be fully accessible. Accessible alternatives are available on request.
  • Independent audit: We have not yet completed a third-party accessibility audit. We perform self-review and plan to engage an independent auditor as the site grows.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed here, please contact us (see Section 8). Your feedback directly informs our remediation priorities.

Section 5
